Effective September 2, 2026. This policy explains how Right Mind Creative ("RMC," "we," "us") handles information when you use the rmc. iPhone app and its connected services.

Information we handle

• Account and contact information: your name, verified email address, verified phone number, account identifier, and authentication status.
• Studio and shared content: audio, artwork, song and version details, access permissions, and links made available by the studio or an authorized client.
• Collaboration content: comments, replies, reactions, timestamps, and action status you choose to add.
• Booking information: session preferences, contact details, notes, status, and deposit information when you choose to use booking features.
• Device information: an Apple push-notification token and notification preferences when notifications are enabled.

Profile photos and offline audio downloads stay on your device. Personal playlists and collections, their song order, custom artwork, recent listening, and play counts are stored on your device and backed up to your authenticated rmc. account so they can be restored after sign-out or when you change devices.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate accounts, provide private music access, enable playback and downloads, support comments and sharing, manage bookings, deliver requested notifications, protect the service, and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal information, use it for third-party advertising, or track you across other companies' apps or websites.

Service providers and sharing

Information is shared only as needed with providers that operate rmc., including Firebase for authentication, Cloudflare for application hosting and storage, Apple for push notifications and app distribution, and Right Mind Creative's booking systems. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect users and the service.

Retention and deletion

We retain account data while your account is active and keep operational records only as long as reasonably necessary. You can initiate deletion from the account screen in rmc. Deletion removes your app account, private-library memberships, notification registrations, and associated collaboration data, except information we must retain by law or legitimate studio records that are not owned by your app account. Content downloaded or saved locally is removed from the device as part of the deletion flow.

Security and children

We use access controls, encrypted transport, verified identities, and device authentication to protect private content. No system can guarantee absolute security. rmc. is not directed to children under 13.

Your choices

You can change notification preferences, remove local downloads and artwork, revoke listener links you created, edit or delete your comments, report inappropriate comments, block or unblock another user, and delete your account in the app. Reports are reviewed by Right Mind Creative and reported content is hidden from the reporting account while it is under review.
